Is anyone switching to Verizon for the iPhone? I left Verizon early last year for Sprint and I regret it a lot when I’m in places that I get dropped calls. I didn’t ever use to get that with Verizon. I’m not a fan of the iPhone but that’s because I’ve never owned one. So is anyone switching? Wish they could switch? Going from AT&T to Verizon because of network problems? I wish I was still at Verizon. I’m sure I would have gotten one 🙁 http://www.nytimes.com/2011/01/11/technology/11phone.html?scp=2&sq=verizon%20iphone&st=cse

I’m not switching, but I am getting an iPhone as soon as Verizon has them for sale! I’ve been waiting for over a year on the rumors they would be getting the iPhone, so glad to see they finally have it. yippeeee!!

I am one of those lucky ATT people who have had ZERO issues with call quality, network, etc. for the past TEN years, LOL! Woo-hoo!
That said, the iPhone is awesome. I recently dropped mine in the toilet (saddest day of my life.) and switched back to using an old smartphone while waiting for a replacement. I didn’t know what to do with myself, LOL. I think I really cried, honestly.

I already have the iPhone with AT&T, but that’s because J bought me the phone and put me on his plan. I enjoy the iPhone though and am glad I’m not with T-Mobile anymore (their phones suck). I suggest the iPhone over the Droid. It’ll always be an on-going battle between those two phones.

as much as i would love an iphone, i’m not getting one. they get stolen like crazy around here…like someone will yank it out of your hand as you’re walking down the street talking on your phone.

@kitzy: Do you live in Brooklyn (Crooklyn) too

@kitzy: Oh gosh, that is awful! Sometimes I am thankful to live in a smaller city. I actually left my iPhone at a restaurant in St. Louis, and they called my Darling Husband because he was my last call, and overnighted it to me, at THEIR cost.

I have been with T-Mobile for 7 years and I hate their phone options. My contract runs out in about 4 months, and I want to switch to someone else but Verizon has no service in my house. Not fair!

I’ve had the iphone for 2 years now on AT&T and I haven’t had any issues with service or anything.
I love my phone, and definitely won’t be switching to Verizon.

I’m with Verizon, and have patiently waited the past three years for the iPhone to make it’s debut on its network. I’m up for an upgrade in July, so I’m really hoping to get one then!!

I have Verizon. I have an original Droid phone. My upgrade is in September, and I will probably be getting a iPhone. So excited!

I have an i-phone through work FH is on Verizon so if I ever quit or get fired I will be adding onto his plan and getting an iphone for sure!

I have an iphone but I’m with AT&T. If I was with Verizon I would definitely get one! I love my iphone!! My Mom just got a Droid and I think that the iphone is much more user friendly.

I have Verizon and have been planning to upgrade to a smartphone for awhile, but plan to get a Droid even if the iPhone is an option… I’ve had really bad reliability issues with Apple products and don’t love their interfaces to begin with. My fiance has a Droid and loves it.
I’m actually a little worried about Verizon getting the iPhone because I live in Silicon Valley and so many people have iPhones here that the ATT network is so overwhelmed it’s virtually useless. Verizon is great here now… hopefully it can handle the influx.

Im gonna get one but Im gonna wait till January 2012 because I want 4G and this phone will only have 3G speed. I also want to wait and see how this pans out in terms of Verizon being able to handle the influx of network activity.
