OMG she does not need to working on any wedding dresses. There is way too much stress involved with a wedding to have to deal with her stupidity.

I hope you’ll get you dress back! Good luck!

Seriously..I don’t mean to be mean, but you are a grown behind women. When you go over there tell that broad to never mention your weight or ask you questions about your personal life because she is not your friend and this is business. If she brings up your weight again, tell her to shut the hell up.

Wow… I would just go and pick up your dress and pay her for what she has already done. She can’t keep it from you. That is illegal. It is theft.

I agree, this lady shouldn’t be working on wedding dresses.  She really shouldn’t be doing business with anyone, actually!!

Truth??  I own a business and can honestly tell you that I’ve dealt with others that are really nasty to people when they feel that they can get away with it.  You have to be firm.  You have to be nasty, sometimes, to get what you need.  And in this case, you should’ve been snapping at her from the start!  And since your Inlaw recommended her, is there nothing they can do?

This is bad business on her part.  You have many rights in this situation, but nothing will come to forition if you don’t act on it.  You have the right to go over there and demand your dress.  Tell her to stop referring to your weight and the places that you bought your gown because the fact is, they seem to be more professional and pleasant than her.  🙂

You can even threaten her (not physically, of course) with theft.  Call the police from her home and inform them of whats going on.  She will say “you never paid for the dress”, you will say “you never gave me a price and I want my wedding dress back”, and police with say “Ma’am, do you have a receipt that you have given to this woman so that she can pay the dress now?”  And she won’t have one.

The point in the police being there is to solve the solution instantly.  They will make her come up with a price, you will pay it (like you wanted) and you will get to walk out of there with your dress.  Then you blast her on every website to warn other brides so they don’t have to go through the same experience.

I’m sorry this happening … but, wish you the best and hope it works out.  Keep us updated!!!

Give her the money and if she does not give you the dress, call the cops and wait for them to come.  She will hand it over pretty fast.  She is bad for her own buissness for sure.
