I would aim for something closer to 2 for durability but rounded to make it look thinner?

I have 2 thin pt stacking bands. One is 1.9mm and the other is 2.1mm. They are well-made so I assume I will be wearing them for the rest of my life. Not sure I would go any thinner tho as these are quite thin.

I have a small engagement ring as well which has a tapering band, so I went with a 1.5mm platinum wedding-band to match the thinnest part of my ER. I’ve been wearing it daily for 2 years and have had absolutely no issues with warping or anything…it’s nice and sturdy! Although if I could do it again I would’ve opted for maybe a 1.8mm as personally I think 1.5 looks just a piiinch too small (especially when I wear it on its own). But regardless I’m still thrilled with it 🙂 Tiny rings unite!

1.5_-carat_Not sure of the exact width, but my wedding band is extremely thin, probably 1.5 mm; maybe even a 1mm.  It’s 18k and I’ve been wearing it for many, many years without an issue.

I have a 1.5mm and am getting my ring reset into a 1.8mm. My 1.5 already warped
