I had problems with vertigo for years, along with frequent migraines.  I eliminated both with Vitamin B12, iron, and folate.  I’d go back to your doctor and have them test your Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, iron, and folate levels.  Look into Vitamin B12 deficiency and see if any of that fits what you are experiencing.  It’s very misdiagnosed.  🙁  The levels in Japan are treated as deficient under 500.

Good luck!!  I hope that helps you!  It will take some time for recovery.  It was about 6 months before the vertigo was gone and then a year or so before I noticed I was no longer having migraines.  But, I am so much better than I was with the vertigo!!

I got taken off the pill because of migraine auras and I’m so glad I went to the iud! It was definitely not pleasant putting it in but it’s so nice not having to do the pill every day, and my periods are so light and easy!

Also, not that I have a cure suggestion but I’ve been there with the vertigo. I actually had vertigo constantly for six months, doctors couldn’t figure out why, finally just called it stress. It sucks. Hang in there. In the meantime keep ginger ale or peppermint handy for when you’re feeling woozy.
