Do the groom, groomsmen, usher, and fathers wear different colored vests?
Right now I have the groom in white, groomsmen and ushers in clover green (BM dress colors), and fathers in silver. Is this what people do?? I am clueless when it comes to vests.

You’ll get all kinds of responses but I think your color strategy sounds perfect. I def prefer to see the groom set apart from the other fellas. And I like how you’re distinguishing the fathers, too. I don’t think fathers need to be in green unless they are planning to stand up as GMs. You’ve made great choices!!!

I think that sounds good! We’re probably going to have the groom in ivory, the groomsmen in cornflower blue, and then the fathers and stepfathers in neutral tones.

I think that you can have it any way that you want. I am having my groom, the best man, the groomsmen, and my escort wear the same thing with a different bout (first picture). I am having the fathers wear the same thing (second picture), but different from the groom, the best man, the groomsmen, and my escort.

we did our tuxes yesterday. We put Fiance in champagne bow tie and vest. and the groomsmen and dads in black neckties and vests. my girls’ dresses are fuschia and I didn’t like the shades of pink they had to coordinate so I stayed neutral with black.
I think your color scheme sounds great!
