I don’t have experience working with them, but I did call them for more info. I spoke with a very friendly man (it took him a few days to call me, but he was apologetic about that) I loved the images online of Victoria in the Park but he basically talked me out of that location because of my estimated wedding size (80) of being too small. He tried to talk me into the Highwood location but that is not within the location of where we’re looking. Overall, he was very nice but when I got off the phone I felt very much like, "huh?? what just happened??"

I had my wedding booked with Victoria.  Long story short, we backed out about 3 months before the wedding because we did not receive what we were promised and we didn’t trust the management.. but we ended up losing our entire deposit.  We’re having our wedding at home in 2 weeks and I am really excited for it, but I will forever remember wedding planning as a hellish experience because of them.

I used Victoria and I LOVED them.  Like I am 100% thrilled with how it all went, I worked with Tracey and she is amazing.  We were originally booked at their Highwood location, and it burned down in late March.  With no trouble at all we were switched to the BeauJolie location.  My guests raved about how beautiful the venue was, the service was excellent, and as a bride I felt 100% taken care of.  They are great people.
