@Future Frett:I usually wear medium sized swimsuits at target/jc penney/places like that. For some reason when I order from VS I always need a small. They are pretty nice about returning, but it is kind of tedious.

I will also say my swimsuits from there always seem a bit off color wise, or pattern wise.

I never buy anything but VS swimsuits. They’re super flattering, supportive, and ultra-comfy.

To answer your questions:

1. Definitely fit true to size. If you purchase your underwear there, purchase the exact same size!

2. I can’t be sure on this since I’ve never returned anything from there. I did some quick Googling and it looks like items purchased online can’t be returned to stores but can be shipped back.

I live for Victoria Secret swimsuits! I always buy them on sale and love the comfort and style.

Definitely true to size.

Be careful when you open the bag its shipped in, usually its resealable and comes with the tags that you can stick them on to return it! I’ve actually been able to return a few swimsuits to the store itself too because sometimes they carry swimsuits.

I love how VS swimsuits look, but I can’t wear them. 🙁 I’m very small chested and they are incredibly saggy/awkward fitting on me, no matter what size I get.

VS swimsuits are my favorite!  I own quite a few, and I’ve only had to exchange a couple times for sizes, usually in the bottoms.  Sometimes I’m a medium and sometimes I’m a large, depending on the cut.  I love love love them though!

I love Victoria Secret swimsuits. They have such a large variety! I think at most places I’d wear a medium for bottoms, but at VS I’m a small. Tops seem to fit true to size, but then again, the ones I’ve gotten have been adjustable. Just follow their measurements they have online. You can use a string and a ruler if you don’t have a measuring tape. I haven’t had to return so I don’t know much about that, but the website will tell you before you order, or you can ask if you are shopping in person.

I find that their tops run small, but I love their suits. Can’t wait to pick out a few for this summer!!

I always buy VS swimsuits and for me they’re true to size.  They fit me really well and I love that you can mix and match because some of the styles look really bad on me.  Also, the store is really good about exchanging and returning.

I have a very small chest and the XS size fits me…the XS bottom is actually pretty tiny though and I usually take about a size 1.  I think they must run a bit small…

I have a larger chest and discovered the underwire bathing suit tops in bra sizes at VS a few years ago! I love them! So, I get my normal bra size when ordering tops. The bottom sizes depend on the cut. I can wear their medium underwear the the bathing suit bottom medium was too small. Returning was a breeze!

I only buy VS and JCrew swim suits so I can not really compare them to other stores in size, but like other posters said, order the same size underwear you get from there. And I’ve never returned them. I guess I’m not really answering your questions, but I say go for it, They haven’t worn out from years of wear and washes, I really love them! They are also very supportive on top!

I don’t know how PPs have returned to the store as VS stores and website are not the same company. In fact, my biggest gripe with VS is that you can’t return online purchases to the stores regardless of what the item is. I had a gift card from my shower and ordered a bunch of things online and when some didn’t fit and I tried to bring them to the store (as I thought his was possible) the sales assistant and manager were increadibly unhelpful.

I have 1 bathingsuit from the Pink collection and 2 tops and agree that sizing was on par with what I would normally wear but the top seems to run small (trinagle top with hook, not tie). The bandeau top is more comfortable but I only bought it for tanning, not swimming. One downfall to VS swimsuits, on my honeymoon I saw so many girls with them and even more than once in the pool at the same time, I don’t like to wear the same swimsuit as someone else.
