Did he give you any reason for not including it? That seems like a pretty big thing to just leave out.

Usually vendors want happy customers, so it seems strange that he won’t give it to you after you complained. I wonder if he lost the footage or if it didn’t come out well due to equipment issues.

@SadddBee:  I think you should try to find out the reason. If he has the footage, he should give it to you. If he doesn’t have it, he should give a partial refund. Since he promised it in the planning worksheet, he really has no excuse not to give that footage.

I agree, you should definately contact him to see if there is a problem with the footage. Maybe the 2 of you can come up with some kind of deal to get the footqage even if it isn’t perfect just so you can see the messages.
