Try calling and just talking with them. Editing is a huge undertaking and we are in the middle of wedding season.

I say communication from you is fair when promised deadlines get past.  Don’t get to crazy – if they are still working you never know why they are taking so long.   If they are giving you something extra special and decide to send it off because you’re antsy you might miss out on the extra touches. 

Something along the lines of,  “I don’t mean to be a pain,  but you said the highlight video would be ready 2 weeks back and I didn’t get it.  I just wanted to see if you sent it and maybe I didn’t get it”   It’s enough to remind them and maybe something went wrong.   Once you recieve the product,  go a head and tell them their service blows but don’t upset artists until there  is good reason when they aren’t done with your product.
