Has anyone in Nashville been to the new Village Bridal in Green Hills? The woman who owned it for many years was a nightmare and offended lots and lots of brides. Because of this I avoided stopping in.
Little did I know the store had moved locations AND owner. I stopped in and a wonderful woman named Margaret was there to help me. She told me that she is the new owner and I have to say that I had a wonderful experience trying on dresses for my big day. I thought she was so much fun and seemed to really know her stuff.
I am wondering if anyone has bought a dress from her since she has become the new owner. All of the previous reviews were for the old location and I am wondering if the over all opinion of the store has changed. The customer service sure has!

I can totally agree with kbuggmusic comment! I will repeat my comment again, but I totally agree about great service at Village Bridal since Margaret has become the owner and relocated the shop to Green Hills mall area. All four bridesmaids, including myself, wore a beautiful dark blue Jasmine Belsoie gown at my sister’s wedding back in April. The dress was floor length, strapless and made of chiffon. Loved the color! Dress style fit all of us and looked very flattering. I had to make some alterations around the top of the dress as it was a little bit bigger than I needed, but it fit perfectly everywhere else. We have decided to go with this dress because the dress can be easily changed from floor to knee length, which I am planning on doing myself. This is best feature of this dress, because I hate buying dresses that I can wear only once 🙂 Now I will have a perfect cute coctail dress that I will be able to wear multiple times. I highly recommend Nashville Village Bridal for bridesmaid dresses selection as this bridal shop has a lot of choices to pick from and the owner is very nice and helpful. I will be coming back to this store for any future special ocassion dress shopping.
