So firstly I am not from Washington so I have no Idea how things work there. I am looking for a chapel to get married to seat 80-100 people, I like old cute little churches/chapels. Within 45 mins of Bothell would be great. I am also looking for a reception venue that is indoor and outdoor under $2000. I really love vineyards and wide open spaces, a little rustic. Catering would be great/if not ok. I am ok to get married on a weekday. Photographers who are very talented and resonably priced as well I dont want to sacrifice style over budget. Please help me-this is all overwhelming and I just want all the details to be picture perfect.

@EmmaJulianne:Welcome! You should look at Hidden Meadows in Snohomish (about 30 min away). Do you have to get married in a church? Hidden Meadows has a smaller building onsite that has what I felt was a chapel feel. Then they have another building right next to it with a barn feel that opened up to be an indoor/outdoor space.
It was pricier than your budget for a Saturday but I can’t remember what it was on a Friday or Sunday. The view there is spectacular. I mean truly amazing looking over the valley. They allow you to pick from their list of preferred caterers or choose your own for an additional 1k fee. We checked out Brown’s catering on their preferred list and really liked them.
What is your budget for a photographer?
If you are looking for a winery then Woodinville (10 min away) is a good choice. However I am certain there are no chapels nearby that would probably work for you. Delille Cellars works for marrying outside and then indoors for the reception. They are great for your size wedding. Here are pictures from a wedding there recently. http://amorestudios.com/amazingblog/?p=105
Have you considered a wedding coordinator/planner who can work on your behalf in WA?
