Go for it!  If you are in for a penny, then be in for a pound!  What’s the point of doing a 60’s theme with 2013/14 hair?

The beehive was the look back then.  All my aunts wore them.  In fact, they used to have little hairpieces that they used to help build them up, and “teasing” or “backcombing” was all the rage.

Duplicating the 60’s makeup will also work well.  The eyelashes were humongous, and as I recall, the lipstick was almost non-existent. 

My goodness, I think I see Aunt Carol and Uncle George in their 1969 Chevelle!

love it. i think it’s fantatsic. if you’re worried about beehives beeing “too much”…just make them lower beehives. 😀
