Hi, I’m wanting a custom tailored vintage style wedding gown, but having a little trouble deciding which gown style to go with…I saw a few that I liked at one independent retailer that had some authentic vintage wedding gowns. Help me decide – or show a photo of your own authentic or vintage-inspired wedding gown.
Choice 1: this is a strapless ballerina tea length style dress with little lace jacket & matching pearl & beaded tiara. Skirt is very full with tons of white tulle and ivory colored lace inserts in the front, sides, & back. The little simple sheer jacket has one button in front.
Choice 2: this is a slightly shiny ivory satin with ballet pink piping down the front and a pink bow with a rhinestone drop in the front of the real pale blond/white mink fur trim. The bodice is fitted and boned, the skirt is full with a white tulle crinoline underneath.
Choice 3: made of all white lace with the palest pink edging around the neckline & sprinkled with tiny faux pearls. The very full white tulle petticoat underneath is sewn with the faintest of ice pink thread but does not show through to the outside much, just a wisp of pink if you look very close. The back is cut so low with a metal zipper in the back. 3/4 sleeves, lined in white acetate.
