my theme of the wedding is Vintage Glam, bridesmaids are wearing neutral and sparkle dresses and my dress is Maggie Sottero Marianne in pale blush. I was thinking of doing a vintage style hair do or soft romatic curls.

While very pretty, what makes you call these styles vintage? They are very modern.
I dress in vintage pinup styles every day and style my hair very differently. Here are some pics from my fav vintage styling book:
If you want some true vintage ideas I’d be happy to point you in the direction of some websites etc 🙂

I wanted a vintage/retro feel to our whole wedding. Pin curls and rolls, rose etc. It’s hard to see the details because my hair is so dark.

MissBettsy: Please post! I’m also looking for actual vintage hairstyles and was excited when I saw the thread title. I also dress very vintage/pinup day to day, I also have naturally curly hair so I sometimes modify vintage styles for my texture.

I was hoping for some 20s vintage. I agree with PP, these are rather modern styles.

The hair you have pictured is very pretty but not really vintage I know people use that word not just to mean old fashioned anymore so its hair to know what you mean still nice hair.

MissBettsy: OMG love these, very similar to what I want for my 50’s ratpack wedding, for sure going that route, only bummer Fiance has veto’ed victory rolls for me, hoping my bridesmaids will rock ’em lol.
