My Fiance and I purchased (in full) our wedding invitations, programs, and menus from a company in Sweden. We are having a heck of a time communicating with Josephine, I believe the owner. It’s been 12 weeks since we have paid and submitted our customization form and every time I email her I get the run arounds. She has not sent a proof or any information as to when we can expect to see the proof. The website says that invitations are sent to the customer in 6-8 weeks. I love the invitations I saw online but it’s driving me insane that she is not responding to us.
Has anyone worked with them before? Any suggestions on working with her?
