What about having someone on Etsy make them? Or calling around to antique stores? I bet you could even make them yourself, if you found a high-res image of a vintage postcard.

Try Shorpy – great collection of photographs, provided in high res large enough to print, so you can “age” them in Photoshop (or afterwards, try the tea method)
