Your best bet is to take it to a jeweler that appraises antique jewelry. But you may be able to find out a round about time frame by doing a Google search. But if I had to guess I’d say it’s from the art deco era which I believe is around 1930. Here’s an example..

I would guess late 1930s due to the combination of the shield design and the illusion head surrounding the main stone. It’s sort of a hybrid between Art Deco and Retro styles. Love it! I agree that a jeweler specializing in antique pieces could give you the most accurate assessment.

It’s a gorgeous set–I’d love to see more photos!

MrsSparkleBee13:  Art Deco is generally considered to start from 1920 and the most iconic design features hail from from that decade, but I agree that many 1930s designs fall into that basket as well! I love the ring you posted, it’s very pretty.
