Any update? How are your table numbers coming along? After reading this thread I realized that I still needed to do my table numbers and escort cards, so I checked out the links above. I somehow ended up on a site with vintage lemonade labels (http://www.jbartyn.com/downloads/2010/3/12/vintage-lemonade-labels.html), so I downloaded the templates and they evolved into the sign below.
My escort cards are going to be mason jar mugs with labels with the guest’s name and table number (they can also use them for water/signature cocktails at the reception), so I made them miniature versions of the Table Number sign:

@MissDarling: very cute idea! love the labels you made. i haven’t gotten around to mine yet, having a lazy, lazy day! hehe. hopefully other bees will share their creations on here also!
@amnystik: thanks for the instructions! i was having a ton of trouble playing with the fonts so this is very helpful.

@MissDarling: I want to do those too, but I can’t find any reasonably priced mugs. Can you share where you got yours, please?

@noritake22: I got them from a company called Wasserstrom. I ordered 11 cases so there was a quantity discount. The shipping is a little pricey, so it ended up being about 1.50 per person I think – but we’re not doing favors, so it worked out.

I think they look FABULOUS!
Only suggestion out of these is to maybe make #1 where the “Table One” is on top of each other rather than side by side…
Table
One
Otherwise I love the way you’ve done these =)
I too have a vintage wedding but not in the same arena I guess you could say…. We have a late 60s/70s All You Need is Love theme with an underlying music theme that I’m using to incorporate vinyl records….
SOOOO…. our table numbers will ultimately be 7 inch records with a 4 inch center that I make in our colors and numbered by a “special date” rather than 1,2,3,etc. So I made a “proto type” in illustrator and here they are =)

So yea…. exciting stuff! =)

I love them too, but more so the oversized clothespins. I’m using them for my table numbers 🙂
