I finished my inspiration board! We’re getting married in a restaurant that was once a train station (in the late 1800s) The colors aren’t quite right in some cases, but I think I got most of the details I want to incorporate.
– Passport Programs – DIY
– Paper flower/candle/mason jar centerpieces – DIY
– The Bridesmaid or Best Man look, dark purple dresses with white or green/white bouquets
– Spraypaint lace – DIY
– Train Ticket escord cards – DIY
– dark purple-on-ivory linens
– some kind of vintagy card holder – DIY

Thanks bees! 😀
@sfchick: Those are good ideas! I love the idea of vintage posters, but there’s a lot of decor already up on the walls so I had to scrap that one. I like the suitcases holding favors. I’ll have to give it some thought – another potential DIY project (that didn’t make the board) is actually small cardstock boxes that are folded/glued to look like suitcases. I found some wholesalers that sell bulk candy and thought about going for the classics – dots, charleston chews, etc.
