I love these…. I am really in the market for a vintage style dress, the only problem I’m running into is most are not white and we’re having an all white wedding party so that’s kinda a requirement… sigh.

Oh well… keep up the awesome dress posts!

For me the ultimate sources of Vintage wedding dreses are Martin McCrea and Nataya.

Have you seen http://www.thefrock.com/ ?

The prices vary a lot, and are generally fairly high, but a lot is in the same range as a new bridal gown, and there are some gems for under $1k. The clothes are amazing though – total eye candy!

If I was more of a vintage size, I would have got my dress from here. She’s got lots of couture gowns as well as early 20th century and 19th century clothes, and it’s not just bridal gowns.

Vintage dresses like that are so tiny, because they’re usually prom or cotillion dresses and were worn by teens.  I was that small when I was 15.  Ha, not anymore!

I did manage to find this baby for my rehearsal dinner:

Rehearsal dinner dress came....and I HATE it : wedding dress Rehearsaldress1.jpg?t=1270573285
