So my wedding isn’t until next year (boo) but I am in the early stages of planning and I found the prices on Vistaprint’s website to be VERY affordable. We found a style we liked and want to use it for Save-The-Date Cards, invitations, menus, programs, etc. Have any of you used them for your wedding or other event? Were they timely? Correct layout? etc.
The alternative would be to try and design my own and just print them out, but they have an option to put your STD on a magnet and I like that because people can slap it on their fridge and it won’t get lost.

Exceellent, and when they screwed up the redid it and refunded the original cost
Got everyting for 60 invitations/ 109 guests for about $400
std, invites, reception, direction, rsvp and thank you’s with matching envelopes

I got my stds from them and they were very great! I suggest placing your order but not paying right away, just let it sit in the ‘cart’. You will get so many emails with coupons from them. I saved 50% by doing that.

I used vistaprint for my STDS and i loved them!!!

@PonytailKim: I designed my Save-the-Dates and had them printed on large magnets through Vistaprint. They were great. About 40 of them were messed up (blurry) so I contacted them on their website and they immediately printed and sent 50 more to me, rush shipping, free of charge. Can’t recommend them enough, I also plan on doing my invitations through them if possible.
Also, if you keep an eye out you can almost always find a groupon deal for them. I got mine for $17 and it was worth $70 worth of product.

That groupon deal is on now! I highly suggest it! I used it to get ours and they turned out great. Highly reccommend them

I love them! I used groupon and got our 100 save-the-dates for about $4. They came in quicker than I expected and were perfect. Now to just send them out….I’m a little behind, lol.

Absolutely recommend! Love the way my Christmas cards and save-the-date magnets turned out! I have 3 groupons to use for my invitations, that’s totally the way to go, just watch out for the expiration dates and don’t buy them too soon! 🙂

I want to print our wedding invites I had made with vistaprint but I’m worried I won’t like them when they print. Did anyone have an experience where they weren’t happy with what they got printed? I’m worried the colour will be different! Eek!

@dkacerek: Wow, those are GORGEOUS!
Thank you, everyone! I definitely think I’ll go with them as opposed to trying to make some on my own. I’m not what you’d call “computer savvy” and although it might save money, I think I’d definitely be sacrificing on quality. Thanks for the discount tips, all!

I took this picture with my cell phone, so I assure you it looks better IRL, but here is what we chose for our STD. Our colors are red, black, and white. Obviously, I’ll include our wedding website later when I order them. Do they look okay?

@sweetchiquita12: I used the groupin to order save the date magnets & the first round the font was way too small to read… I emailed them, they responded a day later telling me to refuel free to redesign them, they would reprint & reship them free of cost. I should be getting them tomorrow, can’t wait! Great customer service!
