I was ordering STD magnets and I had never used VP before so I accidentally ordered more than I meant to. Their office is closed so I sent the email notificiation to cancel the order so that I could try again later. They say that they will only cancel the order if it hasn’t been processed yet and I didn’t expect it to really get processed until about Monday. Well, 20 minutes after placing the order and sending in the cancel email, the status says “Printing in Progress.” Does anyone know if they’ll help me out??

Eh, probably not but its worth a try. I’ve personally found their customer service to be less than stellar but other bee’s have had great experiences with them so I guess its hit or miss.

I agree. i had an amazing experience with them. My invites turned out great. But many other bees have had problems. Just try calling again monday and see what they say. Its worth a shot.

I got an email this morning saying that it’s been cancelled and the money will be credited to my account!

They should be able to change it. I have changed orders days after making them when I found my mistakes that I had not originally noticed.

Glad they helped you out! we used them tons for the wedding…. and have decided to use them now for our small business, too! we had accidentally cropped our Save-The-Date Cards wrong… and when we got them, they were all wrong. i called, and they gladly reprinted them – no charge! very helpful people!

I love vistaprint too! We did our STD’s with them and they turned out great! Any other bees who use them make sure to check for coupons first because they always have deals going on!
