Fiance and I ordered ours through MagnetStreet, and they came with envelopes which was convenient–the envelopes were cute and sturdy, and lined with silver paper (nice!).  The magnets were maybe 3×4″ and took standard postage. I also found a coupon online (by googling “magnetstreet coupon”) and was able to save 20% off the order.  I know VistaPrint would have been a little cheaper, but at 80 cents per magnet we still did pretty well budget-wise.

I’ve never used any of them, but my sister did her STD mini magnets through magnetstreet and they came out great 🙂  Hers came with the envelopes. Good luck!

Vistaprint is the bomb.com.  I have used them for magnets, STD, and holiday cards.  You need to be very exact to get what you want (aka spacing, introducing new fonts and not just using their recommended text, removing the vistaprint trademark).  As long as you are careful with design, they are fantastic.  Their customer service is pretty good too.  Wait til you can get a 90% off sale or something and you will be golden.

We used VistaPrint.  They are great!  If you look, you will find online coupons.

As for envelopes, we got them at Staples, they were $5 for 100 which was much cheaper than VistaPrint.  I think that’s one of the ways they recoup some of their moneys.

Also, we actually used their standard size postcards and put our own magnets on the back.  For 100 STD magnets, it cost us $19 including shipping, magnets, envelopes and they looked amazing!
