I’m having a formal, pretty big-budget wedding, and I’m paying for a lot of it myself. I’ve already spent a lot on invitations, Save-The-Date Cards and thank you cards – probably over $2K. Programs are not that important to me, but I do want to have them. Has anyone used Vistaprint for programs and, if so, can you tell me what the finished product was like? I would get their heaviest matte stock paper, but I’m still not sure about it. Thanks!

@shrinkgirl: I have not used them for programs but have used them for many other things, Save-The-Date Cards, business cards, return address labels, and other office supplies. They have been great, I highly recommend them but their shipping time is really slow so make sure you order in advance.

I downloaded a Vistaprint template and created my own invitations. I thought it was pretty nice. I had 10 printed as a sample to start with. Cost was around $10. Quality seemed decent. They didn’t look super expensive though.
I think we’re actually going with someone else to print my design, because it turns out Fiance has a friend in the printing business and can do us a favor, but if not I think I’d have been OK with the invites.
