JMer711:  it probably is the sudden addition but you’ll get used to it fairly quickly and it won’t affect your sleep as much!

When I got pregnant with Dear Daughter, it was on our first shot, we BD’d once in the fertile window. Now we are on to cycle #4, and I’ve been thinking about what was different. I remember at the time, I was probably taking close to 1000 miu of Vitamin D a day because it was helping my skin clear up for our wedding. So I’ve started taking the supplements again in hopes that it makes a difference this cycle.

Good luck!

JMer711:  mine was checked when I started seeing my RE. It was found to be low, I want to say single digits maybe teens. I was told to take 4000iu Vit D3 in addition to my prenatal. It was rechecked a few months later and was in the normal range and I was told to take 400iu in addition to the prenatal.
