All of our ceremony music is VSQ! Our prelude music is going to be “The Scientist” (Coldplay) and “Chasing Cars” (Snow Patrol), The grandmothers/mothers/groomsmen are walking in/being seated to “Beautiful Day” (U2), The bridesmaids are walking in to “Fireflies” (Owl City), and I am walking down the aisle to “Yellow” (Coldplay). Our recessional is “All you need is love” (Beatles) and our postlude is “Dare you to Move” (Switchfoot) and “I’m Yours” (Jason Mraz). I love VSQ!!!

I LOVE them. I’m walking to Don’t Stop Believing by VSQ (and I think a few other bees are too!) and the whole bridal party will walk in to Bohemian Rhapsody.

@SoonToBeeMrsD Wow, I love that’s you’re walking in to “Yellow”. That’s so unique! (And a very cool song.) I would steal your idea but it always makes me cry, so, no bueno. 😉

@Jillbean: I ALWAYS wanted to walk down the aisle to that song, but I also wanted something a bit more traditional, so I cried a little when I found this band! I love the songs you are doing to. VSQ allows us to be quirky and traditional at the same time!

I LOVE VSQ! We are a long way off, but thinking about playing “We are the Champions” or “We will Rock You” during the recessional haha.

We’re using them. : ) “Dare You To Move” is going to be our processional — my heart swells every time I listen to it.

I’m not having VSQ, but I AM having a string quartet play Radiohead, Journey, The Cure, and a few other covers.  Love string covers of rock songs! Oh yes.

Yes! I just discovered them after going to my FBIL’s wedding this last weekend, and I have been listening to their music constantly, trying to figure out which songs we want to use! So many of them are perfect!

I plan on using VSQ for our ceremony prelude, specifically “In Your Eyes” (Peter Gabriel), “In My Place” (Coldplay), and “Please Please Please Let Me Get What I Want” (The Smiths)

I have to thank you will all my heart girl.

I looked on here just to see what VSQ is and browse opinions, not looking for music for me, but cause I just love symphonies.  You solved my music worries when I wasn’t even looking for an answer! I’m so far away from choosing that right now and yet I already know it’s decided.  I’m so very incredibly excited that I get to use all of my songs without worry of ‘offending’ anyone or them thinking ‘um, what is that?’ lol!

So without further ado, THANK YOU!!!!!!!! Vitamin String Quartet will be playing ALL of my ceremony music. 😀

I think we are going to be using them for our dinner time music.

Does anyone have a full list of all their songs?

I will definitely be using them!  I also stumbled upon them while reading here on Weddingbee and immediately fell in love.  FI and I haven’t chosen which songs we’ll use when, but I’m hoping to do the entire ceremony with their songs as well.  I love that it’s modern music while still having that classic, elegant feeling.

I’m not usually one that listens to music without lyrics (i like to sing along) but I can listen to them for hours!
