Okay so I went to try on two dresses.. Eliza vs Gilian. Please help me decide which one I should get. Both are ball gown.
Eliza: i like it, very romantic, there is no tail on the dress though… a lil big on the ball gown too
Gilian: love the tail and the bottom, the top front one looks a lil not fitted, I’m not sure if it’s the style or because the sample is too big for me.
I have two weddings, one is in Los Angeles and it’s an outdoor wedding in the lawn of a museum for 150 guests. The other one is in another country , hotel ballroom, 1000 guests (thus the concern on the tail…)
Need to decide by tomorrow since my wedding is coming up in September and so i need to order fast and there’s a trunk show.

I voted for the Gillian because, even though I think they are both beautiful, your posture seems to be much better in that dress indicaticating that you felt really confident in it. I think you wear it very well, and it could fit for both venues.

I like the tulle dress on you!
The second one looks heavy and not fitting so well on top.

The Gillian. Definitely! The roses are beautiful….

I voted for the Gillian, too. The skirt is romantic and flowy while maintaining structure and your figure gets lost in Eliza skirt. Also, from your photos the Gillian seems to elongate your silhouette compared to the Eliza. Good luck choosing 🙂

I love the second one on you, but it did take me more than a few times looking at them to decide. I also think the second one will fit with both venues, especially if the second one is in Europe.

Gosh, this one was a tough one. I voted for the Gillian, but I’m still unsure why! I just went with which one I would love for me, admittedly.

I LOVE (and voted for!) the Eliza!!
That dress was on my list of “dream dresses” (as it was well out of my budget range) and I am therefore very partial to it. I think either one should work for both of those venues though – the Eliza would probably be better for the outdoor wedding and the Gillian would probably be better for the ballroom. I don’t think that you necessarily need to have a dress with a train (although it is slightly more romantic looking) and I think the style of the Gillian just fits that way in general, I don’t think its because of the sample being too big on you.

You look like the dress is wearing you in the first one so my pick is the second.

First of all, they both beautiful dresses so you can’t go wrong. My concern with the Gillian is the train/tail…. how is it going to bustle? If you plan on dancing, moving around a lot, i think that could get annoying.
The Eliza has been on my list of dream dresses for a long time so I voted for that, but like I said, both are stunning. Can’t wait to see what you choose!

I’m not really usually a fan of the 2nd style, but I have to say I think it is the one for you.

Yikes, this is the hardest dress decision I’ve seen on the Bee. I think, because you LOOK amazing in both, you should go with whichever dress is more comfortable for you because you don’t want to be uncomfortable on your wedding day. Let us know which one you pick!

gosh thanks girls.. i am definitely undecided on this one.. ugh.. when i was there i feel like eliza is better than gilian.. now i see the picture i feel like gilian is better than eliza… it could be the angle on the photographs too .. my sales lady is tall so i feel like i look super short on these pictures…

I think the Eliza is stunning! I love it!

I think the Eliza’s the prettier dress but the Gillian looks better on you. It looks more elegant and modern.
I know what you mean with the height though. (I’m pretty short so I know what you mean about angles.)The first shot makes you look short, but the rest of them look normal.
