Anywhere really, it is not uncommon to see people dressed up in their wedding finest at In N Out, same with the 24 hour cafes. It just might look odd in locals Vegas, off Strip but on Strip it is par for the course. It sounds like you want something special. What do you like?

I don’t think there’s anywhere you can go in Vegas and look stupid 😉 There will be crazier dressed people no matter where you go! Cheesecake Factory in Caesar’s?
I’ve been to Chapel of the Flowers, it’s lovely! Your plan sounds like fun!

I would go to the Wicked Spoon at the Cosmopolitan – it is hands down the best buffet on the strip! It is in a classy hotel too so everyone seems to be dressed to the nines all the time. For my mini-DW Fiance, our parents and I are going to the Wicked Spoon after we say our I do’s at Lakeside Weddings! We’ve been a few times and nothing else comes close to their buffet
ETA: CONGRATS on almost 10 years! and enjoy your vow renewal!
