Bridal dance. Ugh.  The look on my face when I told my grandmother over the holidays I didn’t plan on including one in my reception, could have killed.

Well, for my engagement, my husband was not even present! His ‘men’ from his family came to my house, and his uncle put the ring on my finger. Our stupid European tradition, I swear, I hate them lol. Never again. I was PISSED. My family thinks the man should be there, but his family claims to be ‘so traditional’ – b.s.

For the wedding, I couldn’t dance until 10 minutes before the wedding ended. Had to stand like a statue the whole time 🙁

These are wacky traditions, while be completely stupid! LOL as you can see, I regret it! Evidently, his family did not realize we are in America in 2012, and not Europe in 1912. Ugh.
