I love Jillian but I also do strength machine training and pilates to mix it up…more fun that way and it works well for me. I agree though, I freaked a bit too when the scale didn’t go down but rather stayed the same…but I’m looking more toned and slim πŸ™‚

That’s so awesome!  I have been incorporating a couple of her videos into my normal workout routine- I love them.  I curse her out throughout the video, but that’s because she makes you work hard and get results.  Great job!!

Oh yea!  I hate sweating it out too, but I’m addicted to the feeling afterward!  I love how she basically condenses workouts.  So there’s cardio and upper and lower body workouts all at the same time.  I have been recommending her DVD’s for the past couple of weeks. 

And bikini shopping used to be what my nightmares were made of.  I did it not long ago and I was like, “huh, that’s not too bad”.  Of course, I don’t look like I walked off the pages of a Victoria’s Secret catalogue, but its an obvious improvement.  I think you’ll find the same results when you start to shop!

I’m on day 5 of the shred and I can already feel a difference!! I now understand how so many people swear by it!! :]

That’s awesome!  I’m working on the 100 pushups, 20 pull ups, and 200 squats challenges.  In hopes of getting stronger in general and for climbing.

YAY that’s awesome!!! I’m starting the 30 day shred again, along with the 30 day jump start eating program from Biggest Loser… last time I did these together I lost 13.75 inchess off my body, and 12 pounds…. so here’s hoping it works again!! (that was in March before vacation hahaha!) I gained some of it back, but not all!!  Goodluck everyone in their quest!!! Bakerella…. that’s sooooo great!! inspiration for me to get up and go!

you guys are all inspiring me to start again! I got the DVD two weeks ago- I only did one work out the first week and 2 work outs last week but I’m going to give it another try this week! Congrats to everyone who had great results with this! thank  you for the motivation for the week!!
