@Creiddylad:  OMG yes. This weekend I could have benefited from being able to distinguish his “I have decided to randomly delete old ‘favorites’ from my gps for no reason at all” face from his “I am secretely setting my gps to take you some place magical for a proposal” face. SIGH. We were sitting outside at a winery for gawdsake! WHY ARE YOU PLAYING WITH YOUR FUCKING GPS?! When I realized he was just “cleaning up” and not doing something amazing I told him “Um, you know this would be a super romantic afternoon if you could stop playing with your gps for two seconds!” He apologized and then downed the remaining 3/4 of the glass of wine we were sharing. GRRRR.

@Creiddylad:  YES! I feel like everywhere I go there’s something about engagement! Has it always been this way?!

Love Glamour and love this! Unfortunately I think my SO just had a ‘oh-no-there-is-talk-about-engagement-on-the-tv!’ silence Tongue Out

This is funny.  Its wierd how every silence, serious conversation, or sweet gesture has me thinking. . . “Oh my god! Is it about to happen now? How do my nails look?”.  I don’t really think the topic of engagement is popping up more in the media.  I just think I’m noticing it more, because of where I am in my life.
