It is me. I deactivated that account and started a new one (which is this account)… I got some unbelievably rude messages on that old account so I decided to start new.

@MaidMarian:  I don’t know, I don’t have a lot of faith because it’s been a year of this BS with him but we’ll see. May 31st is the anniversary of us getting our house (we lived together before that in his house but this one we bought together) and I told him last month that I agree with my friend and my brother’s fiance that living together for more than a year without any kind of future wedding plans is ridiculous at my age. I think he listened!

Last night we were driving and he randomly asked me how long we need an engagment to be in order to still get married in 2013. I said 6 months. He asked if I still refuse to get married in December, I said yes. And paused for a little and then said, “ok cool, so May engagement is it”.

@orchidaloha:  At least it’s a shortish deadline so that if it comes and passes you’ll be fairly certain on where you stand. And it’s something he set himself with (what sounds like) little prompting from you – so he’s putting that standard to perform on himself.

@MaidMarian:  Thank you! I hope so too… after all we have been through lately I really don’t see us lasting through this if he does it again.

He emailed me some wedding locations yesterday while he was at work and I didn’t even respond. He asked me last night if I saw them and I said yes but I didn’t talk about it… I’m so tired of talking about it when there’s no action!

I’m having a good waiting day today.. I miss my SO because he is away for work and I just can’t stop thinking about how much I love him and how lucky I am to have him in my life.. he truly is amazing <3

I’m so antsy it’s unreal right now!! The receipt is gone so I can’t look at it anymore to see what it was and he has been talking about wedding plans again. This time more serious though. I told him not to talk about anything wedding related unless we’re engaged and he got all sad so I told him to plan a wedding and I’ll show up. An hour later, my inbox gets flooded with possible venues, and all of these ideas he has. He’s still dead set on October or November so I told him that if he’s serious then I need to get a dress like yesterday and I said it stresses me out just thinking about getting one that fast. So he asked me what I want and said he would find me one.

I can’t take it anymore. I wish he would either propose or just tell me we’re waiting, I’m SO sick of hanging on like this!

Waiting is going ok for me, mainly becuase I just don’t have time to think about it. My placement is stressing me out so much that if I think about waiting too I will probably combust.

@LittleWigeon:  how long have you got left on your placement? All I can think about is my interview on monday, I’m so nervous and I can’t think about anything else. I’ll be so happy when it’s over now, aha. 🙂 SO mentioned us saving for a wedding yesterday though!

Yay for him mentioning saving for a wedding! I had a whole load of engagement dreams last night (why couldn’t my brain have just left it at the sticky toffee pudding dream?). I woke up a little grumpy because I didn’t sleep well as a result… tried to explain waiting to MrWigeon using a science analogy. He got it, but there was no progress..!
