My RSVP deadline is a week today. I’m waiting to hear back from 40 people still and I need 20 of those to say yes to meet my minimum, EUGH. So stressful!! I’m trying to tell myself even if we don’t reach our 120, it should be close, so we’re not losing out on tooo much money by having to pay for the full 120. And a smaller wedding means you can talk to more people? We had budgeted for 140 and invited 156. It is a Friday wedding though.
I wish I could just relax, but I just keep looking over the guest list trying to predict who will come and if we will meet our minimum. It’s driving me crazy!!
How does everyone else deal with waiting for all your rsvps to come in??!

@atlas.wed: Can you spend more $$ on appetizers and other food to meet the minimum? If so, then don’t worry at all. Worst case scenario you throw an even more awesome party than you thought you could!

Well, maybe some of us will volunteer to show up so you can meet your minimum. 😉 JK!

Yes, this was me a couple weeks ago. Not that we had a min to meet. Just the amount of non responders. I now have it down to about 18 ppl! Yes and the deadline was a week and a half ago.
I hope you meet your min or at least really, really close to it. Try and do something relaxing to take your mind off of it.

@MidwestBride2012: ohhh good idea! We have a meeting at our venue tomorrow so I should ask if they would allow that. Thanks!
@creativeplannertobee: hahaha if I’m 8 short, I could have a weddingbee table! That would be too funny. I bet my fiance would go for that 😉
