@JaneMonroe:  Patience is a difficult lesson to learn, but at least you know it’s coming 🙂

@JaneMonroe:  I agree, it’s hard to not get wedding obsessed once you know you have to plan it lol.  I think in the long run, you’ll be happy you had to wait because it will make that moment that much more special.  Keeping my fingers crossed for you!

@JaneMonroe:  I completely understand, trust me!  I just tell myself that this is what I WANTED, in that, I am choosing for him to propose to me when he is ready. I am choosing for him to pick a ring he wants for me, and for him to plan the proposal.

Had I not chosen these things, then the alternative is for me to get down on one knee, etc.  Is it sometimes hard that the ball is in his court?!  Sure, absolutely, but it will be worth the wait!

@JaneMonroe:  Hey! I have a month to wait and am telling him how I want the setting designed and it is still difficult waiting. I know he has a stone already which I am sure cost a bunch (a real ruby!) and still I have lingering doubts that hes for real!

I never shut it up though. And we’ve only been together a bit over a year. My only advice is that venting to my mother helped a lot. Though now she is palnning my wedding and nixing all of my ideas. His mother (who I adore will soon be in on that too). Enjoy being loved!
