Shaka was right that it is a lot of work to navigate the boards now to see all of the proposals, and I’m not sure how she kept the list, so I’ve been thinking of the best way to proceed with the list under the new circumstances now that I’ve done it once. But, I wanted to wait until we could close the clean up list so that we had one less thing to worry about.
You had the same thoughts I did. I thought the clean up would be a good time to start fresh with a shorter list and let everyone take a vote on how they would like the list to be done from now on.
I’m not sure how Shaka had her lists set up, but the easiest way for me was a google excel doc. You are correct that you can have as many admins as you would like to be able to edit the document and then make it visible to anyone that has the link. This will be included in my suggestions.
I’m on my phone now, so it’s hard to type everything out, I will make a post later tonight!
