Anybody feels like TTC earlier? I know for sure I want to run the half-marathon this fall and don’t want to be preggers.

@cant.wait.to.be.mrs.d:  Your whole perspective on what’s going on with your body changes, it so empowering. Keep us updated and try the Fertility Friend chart. It is a good way to check on each other’s cycles 🙂

@cant.wait.to.be.mrs.d:  lol! The one I “plan” to run is also in November. Hence the wait plus I want to travel in December and see family I haven’t seen for a long long time and again, I don’t want to be preggers. I will probably get more serious once the new year comes. I chart to get to know my body and to avoid pregnancy at the moment. Don’t forget to post your chart!

@candy11:  Yeah they are, but they seem worse than usual today. I used to get them sooo bad before the pill. Six days of heavy period with about 3 or 4 days of major cramps. Now that I’m off the pill I have 4 day periods with the first being bad and the rest are very light.

I gotta say, a nine month+ break from AF would be grand.

@NewfieBullet:  I feel for you. I don’t get bad cramps! KOW! Just light moderate ones once in a while. I am so glad though.

Hope this is your month!

Thanks for the replies everyone. My mom is doing much better. She has her first follow up appointment tomorrow morning. We’re going to re-evaluate in August since we won’t be ready until then. For now we’re still saying November but we may move it up at the end of summer.

I’m so sorry to hear about all of the stressful events going on in some of your lives right now. As if TTC wasnt stressful enough already, right?

On a lighter note, I never thought I’d be so happy to see AF but she made her first appearance in 2 years yesterday! I’m still not convinced that everything has regulated yet but it’s so nice to know that my body is capable of even having a period. As long as she comes back next month, we’ll start to have some real conversions about ttc…

@AnotherAnonyBee:  HOORAY! (weird to congratulate someone on AF)! I hope that the next cycle is shorter for you!

When Will You TTC: December 2014

What Are You Doing Now to Get Ready:We are getting married next June and I will be done with my masters in December 2014 so that’s when we are planning to start trying and to buy a home. Right now we are saving like crazy (for wedding, house, baby, etc.) to make sure we have all our ducks in a row, concentrating on finishing my degree/getting our careers in order and doing lots of house/mortgage research so we can be ready to buy as soon as I get out of school 🙂 Me personally, I am trying to get in better shape (not weight but tone and stamina) walking a lot and reading up on baby stuff! (We already have names picked out- exciting!)

What is your favorite thing about your SO?:He is so committed to making our life good, and works so hard to be a great provider. Such a big heart! He will make a great daddy!

We are looking to start TTC later in the year – this might possibly be the most stupid question asked, but how do you know for sure if you’re ovulating?

@Vikstar:  I’m not able to help, but i have exactly the same question. And many more. All the bees have pointed in the direction of a book called ‘Take Control of your Fertility’ . It’s in my shopping cart as we speak… the book depository $22. It’s mean to have ALL the answers.
