Thank goodness for a new thread! On my mobile it was making me click through all 35 pages, what a pain! When would you recommend I start charting if looking to ttc in dec?

@amyinbrisbane (from old thread, not sure if the reply worked): That is so annoying!  I have several friends with kids and while we do not get together at my place very often, that it largely by choice on my part.  I get very stressed by hosting, especially because my home is not remotely baby-proofed.  However, they are careful to balance who has to drive how much and we also sometimes meet at a place in the middle, like a restaurant.  I do have to say, I have also not experienced the stereotypical “I am a mom, all I talk/care about is my kids” from these friends; we talk about their kids but also everything else and they never act like something in my life is less important because it is not about a kid.  I hope your firends come around and make more of an effort!

What are you doing to get ready to TTC?: Losing the last bit of pregnancy weight from my August baby.

Ugh, I’m feeling angsty about the new format – I hope there are a lot of bug fixes and format tweaks in the next couple days, as there are some things I’m REALLY not liking right now…..

We’re hoping to get some more good news today – there’s a good chance Darling Husband will get his formal job offer today, woot!  Also, our good news yesterday was that Darling Husband found out he’s able to convert his master’s thesis into the project option – which basically means he has much less writing to do to finish, and he’ll be done within the month (meaning he’ll have the degree needed to start his new job).  Fingers crossed!  I’m anxious to be able to sign a lease and have our moving plans be more solid (plus, I promised I won’t tell my brothers until it was for sure, and I’m dying to tell them!).

SadieBee:  I agree… Definitely not loving this new format 🙁 I miss our nice happy old WB haha. I’ll be keeping my fingers crossed for you and your Darling Husband about the formal job offer today!! So very exciting.
