My DH was so cute over the weekend.  We had some friends and their kids over and the next morning he was telling me all about the research he was doing on how to baby proof certain parts of our apartment.  I assured him that it would be a while before we had to baby proof and that we might not even be in the same apartment by the time we have a LO, let alone a mobile LO.  It’s really nice to see him thinking about these things though!

I have a TTC timeline, so I will roll call again. πŸ™‚

Roll call info:

Age/DH’s age: I’m 29, DH is 32 (almost 33 in a few days!)

When will you TTC?:  We are going to resume TTC in December 2014! πŸ™‚

What are you doing to get ready to TTC?:  I am taking prenatals, folic acid, Vitex. I am trying to lose weight, excercise as much as my schedule allows, eating well. I am trying to hurry up and finish some pending school projects and papers, so I have very little left next semester.

Do you chart? Link to the chart: http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/candy11

What do you do and your DH do for a living, and will you both keep working after having kids?: We are both grad students and substitute teach on the side. DH has a second job at a store as well. Our schedules are all over the place.

arielmerms:  Thanks! December is just around the corner. πŸ™‚ Ideally we would like to get pregnant in case I need to move next summer. There almost no jobs for me in the town we live in, so I am looking for jobs in the same state.

candy11:  If things stay the same (praying the Pregnitude keeps working and cycles stay regular) then FF puts O at Dec. 8th, which means I could be POAS right at Christmas Eve time!!! How wonderful would a Christmas BFP be!? And of course I’ve already thought about how I’d tell DH…I’d buy a little Christmas stocking and put the pee stick in it and hang it on the mantle between our stockings and wait for him to see it! Am I obsessed? Maaaybe, but it’s fun to dream!! πŸ™‚

What about you??

MrsFairyBee:  Hehe that sounds fun! FF predicts I would ovulate mid-December, but it could be days to a week earlier if my cycles shorten, so POAS around Christmas to possibly New Years Eve. I think both dates are awesome. I have this cute postcard I want to give DH, maybe wrap the pee stick in a gift box along with the card. Maybe let him read the card first then the see the evidence. πŸ™‚ Can’t wait now.

RunnerBride13:  Thank you! That’s very true. I can sure work around my schedule, which is not true for many other jobs.

So I was just having breakfast with my husband at the hotel we were straying and he’s like, we’ll see how we are feeling at the end of this month but did you want to go off the pill end of this month/next month? I was shocked and just said, sounds good as long as you are comfortable with it? Soo maybe we are still October! We’ll see πŸ™‚
