I am 30 years old and I have NEVER taken a pregnancy test! No scares in college… No testing early just to see, nothing.
I’m in my second month TTC. I stopped BC during my honeymoon after 11 years on the pill. My first cycle was 31 days and currently I’m on day 37 of cycle 2. I realize I could not be regular yet, but maybe, just maybe…

If it makes you feel any better I was always like clockwork (period-wise) went on the pill at 18 and off it at 32 and went right back to being like clockwork – no ‘adjustment’ – I hope you get wonderful news on Saturday!

You don’t have any memories of taking a pregnancy test in the high school bathroom during cheerleading practice? Oh wait…that was me! HAHA!
Congratulations and GOOD LUCK!

@JaneyD: Eek! Good luck! I took my first pregnancy test a month ago as well, and I’m 30 too! It was a little bit of a let down when it wasn’t positive, but we haven’t been trying for very long…
Hopefully yours will be positive! So exciting and let us know your result! Good luck!!!

@JaneyD: Good luck!
I, too, went off the pill after many, many years in June and my cycle is still not regular. First it was 4-weeks, then 2, then two 3-week cycles, and then it was 32-days. I got nervous, we are not TTC, and took a test. Negative, phew! But my Dr. said it could take 6 months to get all the hormones out of your system and get back on a regular cycle.
