It’s an animated gif. You can search for them on the web, or make your own in various graphic editing software (such as Adobe ImageReady).

Lol, it’s an animated .gif. A .gif file is an image file type (like a .jpg, .png, etc.) that supports animation. When you save a .gif with multiple frames in it, it loops through each frame one at a time so that the image appears to be moving 🙂

And just a side note: Not all .gif files are animatd. (Most aren’t in fact.) They have to specifically be made that way.

(Just please, for the love of God and all that is good, if you have a website, don’t use animated gifs on it! Especially with rainbow text and fire! There’s a reason those things were left back in 1995!)

@tksjewelry  – You can do a Google search for “animated avatar”. Just right-click and save-as like you would any other picture! 🙂
