I’m wondering if anyone wants to start a walking challenge with me? I have a cheap pedometer and have been walking a LOT lately – trying to get in my 10,000 steps.
With a sit-down at the computer – job all day, it’s HARD to get in even 5,000 let alone 10!
who’s with me? Just come here and log what you’ve walked – whether it’s steps, minutes, hours, or miles!
My goal is 60 miles by my wedding.
Friday 28/May/2010 = 13,600 steps = 9 miles
Saturday 29/May/2010 = pedometer stopped working. 🙁
Sunday 30/May/2010 = so far…10,500 steps = 6.5 miles
TOTAL so far = 15.5 miles

obviously it’s only 9:40 a.m. here so i’ve not gotten out to walk yet. but will log later! 😀

I don’t have my pedometer yet but I would love to join your challenge. Fiance and I were just talking about getting pedometers anyway!

I walked today and my goal was 2500 steps but I ended with 3,627 steps! I walked yesterday the same amount so so far I’ve walked 7254 steps! I’m planning on doing this 3x/wk. I cant do it anymore days because of work conflicting schedule. But I hope to get back into shape before our wedding next May!

ohh.. and I’m not sure what my goal should be since my wedding is so far away. I use my pedometer on my ipod and it even calculates how many calories I burned and it said I burned 209 today.
