My fiance and I decided to have a very small ceremony, with only our parents and siblings, and to have a large reception with our entire extended families and friends. I am having trouble figuring out the logistics of how our parents and siblings, as well as my fiance and myself will enter. I have only seen a large wedding ceremony, with the rows of seats and the traditional “here comes the bride” entrance. Is it lame to have a rehearsed entrance, when there is nobody there to watch?
I would really appreciate creative ideas! Did anyone else have a small ceremony? Did you still walk down the aisle? Or did you do something/plan to do something different with your entrance, regardless of ceremony size? I don’t want to offend anyone by being nontraditional, but I’m not exactly a traditional gal! Is it bizarre to walk down the aisle with my fiance? Help!
