I registered on Wanderable, but none of our guests have “purchased” any of the items yet.

What I liked about wanderable is that they have the lowest fees for honeymon regisrty (5% if you’re incurring the guest fee).

I didn’t like that you have to input items manually, but if you have the time, you could register on another honeymoon site that gives you suggested regisrty items based on your honeymoon location and copy those entries to your wanderable regisrty.

We used it and really liked it!

Things we liked most: lowest fees, getting to input your own items (it made it feel more personal for us — I got to point people to exactly what we’d be getting, and I could provide my own commentary and stuff).

Sadly, Wanderable has gone downhill recently. Wanderable failed to transfer our registry funds (over $4,000) and did not respond to multiple attempts to reach them over the past 2+ weeks (still haven’t seen the money). This is at best terrible customer service and theft at worst. The situation is especially painful as I reached out to Wanderable after reading some alarming reviews and was assured that business was going well, they had fixed the bank transfer glitch, and that I could expect to receive a transfer in 2–3 business days. In sum, as appealing as Wanderable is (head and shoulders above the competition in terms of design and utility), they either have dire problems with their business or are outright criminal.

If you have been victimized by Wanderable, you can report your loss to the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center: http://www.ic3.gov/complaint

chrishh :  Oh no! That sounds awful. I used Wanderable last year and didn’t experience any bank transfer issues. Their support was very responsive to questions I asked regarding site layout and gift setup.
