Any waiting bees want to get fit while we wait? So many boards have suggested working out as a way to get your mind off of waiting. What if we did a thread where we checked in every once and a while with our progress? We could post meal prep, workout logs…whatever we want! If there is thread like this already, please direct me to it!

I am in! I start Weight Watchers this week! I figure there is nothing wrong with making a life change now so I don’t have to worry about it later!

I’m in. I’m 10 lbs over my weight watchers lifetime weight. It’s love chub. And its annoying!
The SO is hell bent on losing weight for the wedding. He’s doing very well, down 20% already. I cook very healthy dinners, it’s lunches and snacks where I’m failing.

Loving the reponses ladies! Anyone have any goals? Mine are kind of silly, but I want to be a size 6 in clothes and have a size 6 ring size. My current clothes size is a 10 and my current ring size is 7.5. Ive been at my goal sizes before, so I know its possible!

I’ll do Myfitnesspal to count calories, fitness blender on youtube to exercise and my goal is 15 lbs!!

@tiff-tiff-tiff: LOVE Fitness Blender! haha I do their videos all the time. Right now, I’m struggling through the low impact cardio toning bootcamp lol!
@FutureMrsJefferson: My goals are to be down 10 pounds by my birthday (12/19). That’s 6 weeks, I feel like that could be doable if I stay focused. Longer term goal is to lose 25 pounds which will put me at my personal goal weight, even though weight watchers would have me continue to lose another 25 on top of that. I’m starting small right now at the first 25. I think I need to get myself into the “sweating for the wedding” mindset since I know engagement is coming soon. I HATE my arms so that’s going to be my focus.
