I found this blog on Pinterest, and let me tell you guys, it is a killer! I did it 2 days ago, and I still cannot even sit on the toilet without lowering myself down like a crippled old lady! I am even in relatively good shape, but after doing this, you will defintely feel it! It says to do it 3 times, but could only do it once, and that was enough for me. Just try it and tell me how you like it!

If I hadn’t clicked on that, I probably could have gone the rest of my life without knowing there’s a workout move called a fire hydrant.
Looks intense – I think my downstairs neighbours would kill me if I started doing some of the jumping parts of this. I might try a toned-down version.

looks great! actually looks awful familiar to some of the military workout’s I’ve been forced to endure. They definitely liked making us do fire hydrants and another exercise called “hello Dolly’s” Also if you get bored with this you can always youtube “buns of steel” and mix that in as well. Surprisingly intense!

This thread reesonates with my state of being right now– I just started doing a workout from Glamour magazine. I did the Legs day yesterday (day 3) and I can’t believe how sore my buttocks and upper thighs are! OUCH!!

There’s actually an at-home DVD workout program called Brazil Butt Lift too and the trainer is who trains a lot of the Victoria’s Secret models. It’s a 30 day program.

I do those moves with my trainer quite a bit but not that many all together 3x through.
I want my booty to look like the main pic! Let’s do this!

i’d never make it through 3 rounds of that! I could barely read through it all!
