I actually had cake pops made for my wedding even though I know they are a pretty easy DIY project. I thought about making them myself but in order for them to taste fresh they needed to be made just a few days before the wedding. It was such a hectic time and looking back, it was a great decision.

I just had them wrapped in the plastic wrappers and then tired them shut with silver ribbon and I put a silver thank you tab on them. Then they were just placed in the fold of each persons napkin. The flavors I had were red velvet cake mixed with cream cheese frosting and dipped in vanilla chocolate with white whirls on top. I also had carrot cake mixed with cream cheese frosting, with white chocolate, and nuts on top.

I like when the bride attaches a banner flag to each one and uses them as escort cards.
