Sorry about the double post. But WB chopped my post in half and did not post the picutres. It wasn’t a long post or anything. But everytime I try posting from phone this happens.
Aaanyway. So as the title says, want to see diamonds? Well here you can see some. Tiny Tiiiinyy diamonds. Today I received the diamonds that will go in the halo and shank of my engagement ring. They are calibrated, E/SI1 diamonds. They are very beautiful but they almost made me cry at the thought of the price for what seems to be… um gravel? LOL. All joking aside, the future husband always refers to stones as gravel. Today I kinda agreed with him for a moment and we shared some giggles while looking at the mini stones. All kidding aside, I thought it would be fun to share some pictures of the real size of most diamonds in halos before being set. These little guys are .01 ct for the “big” ones (oh the irony), and .015 for the smaller ones. Pictures are not very good. I was trying to take side by side pics of the diamonds next to a US cent. Lighting wasn’t great but here they are in all their glory… 😉
