You can buy them at the grocery stores and walmart fairly reasonable also check thrift stores.

Or garage sales my mom just picked up up a whole bunch for FREE!

ETA- Also estate sales alot of old ladys can veggies and fruit…

I got mine from walmart…I bought their mainstays glass jar with lid and ring. The price I paid for pt. jars was 12 for less then $7.00 I think the Qt ones were less then $9.00 They dont have any writing on them…they are just plain jars. If you are looking for the blue ones…you can save money by buying glass paint that lets you paint the jars the color you want and then bake them at a low temp to set the color. Another bee did it on here…she did yellow baby food jars!

Just a quick FYI:

2013 is the 100 year anniversary of Jarden Ball mason jars and so they have come  out with a package of 6 pint size BLUE jars for about $10. I found them at  Sears. Get them while they last!
