The bodypump shoulder, bicep, chest, and tricep track work wonders for my arms. If you can’t get a class, YouTube the tracks. I do them 3 times a week. 20 minute and amazing results!

30 day shred!! Of course it a mix of strength cardio and abs but it’s so awesome. I’m only on daytwo still in cycle 1 but I already notice a difference in my arm/shoulder/back area. Everything feels really toned up. I’m excited to see my end result in another 20 days. You should google 30 day shred images on google and look at all the inspiration…real women of all shapes and sizes. If I ever have an off day and don t feel like taking time to do my workout I just look at a couple pics and remember the goal. Oh and it’s only 20 minutes a day! Love!

I’m trying to tone up my arms too! I’m going to start doing push-ups and these other thing–I don’t know what they’re called, but you sit on a low chair or coffee table with your hands touching the chair at your sides. Slide your butt off, walk your feet out a bit so your knees are 90 degree angles. Then bend your arms, moving your butt towards the floor. Straighten your arms, coming back to knees at 90 degrees. Keep doing it til your arms fall off 🙂

@likelimeade:  Those would be “dips” 😉

And they are amazing.

I also have to say that whenever I dance (yes, I just turn on music and dance around for like 30 minute sometimes…and sometimes I do Kinect games like Dance Central or Just Dance and remember the moves) I do a lot of arm movements and put 2 or 3 lb weights in my hands, so I’m getting cardio AND resistance.

Google or YouTube “Blogilates.” There is this girl who is a pilates instructor and has made 10-30 minute videos of various exercises. She has videos targeted for specific areas, like arms, and some that are total body. I love them, and my arms are really sore for a few days when I do any of the upper body workouts.

ETA: Another bonus to this is it is all body weight so you don’t need any tools or weights – nothing except maybe a yoga mat if you prefer it.

@AnAppleA_Day:  Wow, thanks for that link! I’m good with arm stuff, but her core videos are really just what I was needing.

@pharmy:  No problem! All her workouts are pretty great! I find her perkiness a bit silly sometimes, but hey, the exercises work! I like doing the legs and booty ones as well.

Push-ups, without a doubt. I do 20 every day and it has worked better than anything I’ve ever tried (dips, free weights, machines, etc.). I started a year ago (I could barely do 5 when I started) and it takes less than 5 minutes. Start small and add one or two every day. I promise you will notice a difference by the time you get married.
