If budget is a concern the white branch centerpieces are a great idea. Anything with lots of flowers is also likely to be lots of $$.

You can use manzanita branches that you order online, or buy used from craigslist,ebay,  recycled bride ot hose you scrounge form friends, family, surrounding woods etc. They are easy to make using plaster of paris to secure them in the container of your choice.

you can use large vases and keep the branches inside the vase with a base of fake snow

or use smaller branches in smaller vases

 

you can also incorporate cotton for that winter feeling

wine bottles spray painted, sprayed with adhesive, then rolled in epsom salts

white candles also work well

these candles are simply placed on a mirror- if you are using rectangular tables you can use plain wardrobe mirrors
